lots of changes to support the intitial email interface to kwestie

there were race conditions with the after_create and observer systems such that my permalinks weren't being created correctly.  It's likely I'll need to refactor this code again because the _changed? attribute method for the title in the issue would make things easier to lump in the observer as an audit trail.

KwestieMailer is now receiving all the incoming emails and the docs were updated to reflect this change.  Still need to update the docs about changing the permisions on the user and kwestie directories since emailing will fail unless you do this.

Added a users email to their home page so I could see what was in the DB, this isn't the final way to do things but it helps for now.
